We sincerely appreciate your efficient, gracious customer service and the level of detail you demonstrate in every shipment you handle on our behalf. Deliveries are often received earlier than expected, and you are quick to resolve any issues that arise. Other transporters do not offer extended services that you do, such as attending to admin on all stops, whether it be Port Health, Plant, SAPS, SARS, CBCU, the list goes on and on. When a representative is required Covenant will also offer this service in person. Further more Covenant will arrange for documentation to be delivered to various Carriers on our behalf. Covenant will offer solutions to complex situations and above all are totally honest. A lot of other transporters will tell you what they think you want to hear, but Covenant will be honest and advise if they can or cannot meet certain requirements. Covenant do not make promises they cannot keep ! Communication is outstanding. Whether it be on weekends, late at night or first thing in the morning, we are continually kept updated on our shipments. This in turn gives us a better level of service to our clients thanks to the Covenant Team. Our team could not be more satisfied with your work.
